All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information for any forms, contracts, or communication related to our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information or trade secrets shared during the course of business. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing models, business strategies, marketing systems, and client data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Property Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services.

Termination
